Perfect for an exhaust fan

Bought this to control an bathroom exhaust fan that is wired in parallel with the light fixture.Installed to turn the fan on without running another set of electrical wires.

This switch works fine

Though it needs some expertise to install the switch, it worked like a charm once installed.

Add a switch to any fixture

On an older house, one switch controlled both a ceiling fan in one part of the room and a ceiling light in another part of the room, which meant you could not use the fan without having the other light on, which was somewhat annoying.  Installed the receiver between the power and the light then mounted the control switch on the wall and now both can be controlled independently.  Works great.  Recommended.

Perfect remote switch system

We recently moved to a condo that had a very quiet in-line ventilation fan that covered three bathrooms and the laundry room but oddly had only one switch (a timer switch), which was bizarrely located above the door in the laundry room. (I know, hard to imagine any rationale for this.) I tried to imagine what might work to deal with this set up, did some searching, and found the DEWENWILS remote switch system. It was the perfect solution. I installed the control module in place of the timer switch and installed remote switches in each of the four rooms. (I bought two more remote switches to go with the package reviewed here.) It works beautifully. It’s very gratifying to think of a solution to a weird problem and discover that someone has already solved it!
